I had a fantastic stay at Kiwi Studios Motel for one night. My room was immaculate, featuring a comfortable King bed, spacious towels, and a fridge, which made my stay enjoyable. the staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent. the food was delicious, and I appreciated the quality of their restaurant.

Everything was very good, incredible location near to The Square, centre of town and Palmerston North for a family function, thoroughly enjoyable experience. The idea to include a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge in the queen studio was nice. There was kitchenette in the room.

It was well-appointed, tidy and with a comfortable bed. I truly enjoyed that they had central heating, an iron and ironing board, and television.

I really liked the room; it was quiet and nicely decorated. the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was clean. 😊.

The location.

- Our bedroom was right next door to the laundry which started up at 7.15am, so not a great way to start the day. - Not one tea bag in the unit.

Comfy beds. Really accommodating and friendly receptionist. (I should have noted her name but she was on the desk at 6.30 pm Wed Nov. She was awesome. Great location. Nice decor. Free wi-fi.

Just in front of the sink, the floor was not cleaned properly and was slightly sticky.

Kiwi Studios Motel boasts a magnificent central location and has pleasant staff. It's conveniently located just 1 km from the airport, making it perfect for an early flight. Guests can enjoy fab food, and the rooms are neat, affordable, and equipped with fast FREE WiFi, including a comfortable King bed and three windows. 😊.

The design of the room & facilities

From the time I start looking for a hotel to stay for 2 night in Palmerston North, I really like the information, photos and location of this hotel. The room was huge, very clean and with a very nice style/decor. Heat pump, 2 tv's, spa pool, separate shower, bathroom was huge and looked like brand new. The room service was perfect as well as the staff at the reception who made me breakfast twice. I really enjoy the stay specially after a long day working (and working even more at night) Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable (no drop out) I appreciated being able to do early check-in to drop my bag and have a quick coffee before heading to see my client.

Uncomfortable bed and lack of comfortable seating. the mattress was old and too soft, which caused discomfort and a backache.

Additionally, the central location was ideal, with shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. Furthermore, the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Plus, the staff here are wonderful - friendly, helpful, and full of local knowledge. They'll point you in the right direction for the best experiences in town. And if you're looking for a convenient breakfast option, Joe's Garage around the corner serves up an excellent meal, with a free coffee for guests from the reception.

I had an unpleasant experience staying here over Easter weekend. The noise from other guests was unbearable.
